| The Writing Center is a place where writers working in any discipline and at any level of competence meet with
trained peer tutors in informal, one-on-one tutoring sessions that focus on writing. In half-hour sessions, tutors
may help you brainstorm ideas, construct or improve a central assertion or thesis, incorporate sources appropriately,
and/or show you how to identify grammar errors and teach you strategies for correcting those errors.

To schedule a tutoring appointment, call or stop by the Writing Center. Appointments are best, but walk-ins are welcome if the schedule permits.

Workshops
