RECREATIONAL SPORTS

The Wellness Center will be CLOSED Wednesday, October 8 - Sunday, October 12 due to the move to the new Rec Center. The new Rec Center will open at 5:45am on Monday, October 13.

The Department of Recreational Sports is dedicated to providing a high-quality recreational program for the students, faculty, and staff of NGCSU. Our programs offer diverse and challenging ways to increase physical fitness while promoting emotional well-being. Recreational Sports comprises many areas including intramural sports, fitness programs, wellness facilities, aquatics, and outdoor recreation.
