The Recreational Sports Department offers many exciting fitness programs for individuals and groups. Whether you are just beginning a fitness routine or you are a conditioned athlete, we have something for you!

*Payment for Personal Training must be made at the NGCSU Business Office accompanied by an Info. Sheet. Then, receipt of payment as well as a completed Personal Training Packet must be turned in to 022 Memorial Hall.

GROUP EXERCISE

We are offering a chance for you to participate in our group fitness classes!
These classes are for recreational purposes only (non-academic).

Present your I.D. Card in the Wellness Center in order to Sign-Up.

12:30-1:30PM-Boot Camp (Cancelled)
4:30-5PM-Quick Crunch (Continuing Ed.)

Tuesday/Thursday
6:30AM-7:30AM Xfit(Cancelled)
5PM-Yoga (Continuing Education)
