Cleve's Crossings
Currently under construction, this co-ed residence hall is located on Barlow Road near the NGCSU athletic fields. Cleve’s Crossing consists of three two-story buildings containing a total of 15 two-bedroom/two and one-half bath apartments. Up to 60 residents will be housed in the complex in single gender apartments. Cleve’s Crossing will have basic cable service, network access to each room, as well as water and electrical included.
Each apartment is fully furnished. Bedrooms will have two twin beds with a standard-sized twin mattress, two chairs, two desks, two chests, and one large closet. Living rooms are furnished with a sofa, two chairs, two end tables, and a coffee table. Kitchens are furnished with a small table and four chairs, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Apartments are furnished with carpet.
Cleve’s Crossing residents are required to sign a 12-month lease. Cleve’s Crossing is staffed with two Community Assistants.
Cleve’s Crossing bedrooms are double occupancy, and opposite sex overnight visitation is not allowed in the apartments. Students living in Cleve’s Crossing will have parking privileges onsite as well as commuter parking privileges.
Required fees:
- $250 damage deposit (refundable when the resident leaves campus housing, minus any damages owed)
- Rent price for 2008 – 2009 lease period is $4800 per year, due in two semesterly payments of $2400 each. Residents wishing to pay rent monthly ($400 per month) must notify the Owen Hall office in writing and pay a $50 one-time set up fee. All utilities are included in the rent price.
