Describe in detail, the goals of your leadership development initiative. (How does the proposal achieve one or more of the grant program’s goals?) 

 

Indicate the kind of leadership development initiative from the following list:

1)      internal organizational leadership development activities

2)      collaborative organizational leadership development activities

3)      outreach leadership development activities. 

Indicate the dates of program or project: (What is the project’s timetable?)
(Project Reports are due by April 13, 2005, including a poster session presentation on Honors Day; however, activities may conclude after that date.)
 

 

Who will be involved in program/project planning?  List names and position (where applicable). 

 

How will the proposal be implemented?  How realistic and meaningful are the project goals? 

 

What will the impact of the project be? (Who will benefit? Why is the project worth funding?  How sustainable and replicable is the project?  Will it have a lasting effect on the organization/campus/community?) 

 

Indicate how much money you are requesting from the Student Leadership Grants. 

Include a budget.  (Explain in detail how you will spend this money.  Explain how the budget is reasonable and appropriate.  Indicate whether the budget includes outside funding.) 

 

Are there special considerations the committee needs to consider? (Should we be aware of any special restrictions? Is there matching funding? What are the consequences of partial funding?)
Explain precisely how you will evaluate this project/program.
