Facts Online:

To aid in the distribution of information, IE produces and regularly updates several publications of concise, pertinent information for use in many decision-making processes. Any of these publications can be obtained online by following the links below or can be obtained from the Office of Institutional Effectiveness.

• Fall Facts: (.pdf format)
  Provided by IE, Fall Facts are a series of brochures designed to provide a quick demographic information about NGCSU's students, faculty and programs. Fall Facts are released at the close of Fall term each year.
  
  
• Semester Planning Information: (Excel format)
  The Semester Planning Information is a series of tables and reports with information
  about courses, enrollment, and faculty teaching loads.

• Common Data Set: (Excel and .pdf format)
  The Common Data Set is an effort between publishers and the educational community "to improve the quality and accuracy of information provided to all involved in a student's transition into higher education." For more information visit the Common Data Set Initiative.
  
  
• Factbook:
  The Fact Book is intended to provide statistical data and summary information designed to answer the most frequently asked questions about North Georgia College & State University. The Fact Book, combined with the Fall Facts brochures, serves as a good first point-of-reference for institutional assessment, self-study, planning and resource allocation.

• Student Enrollment:
  The enrollment statistics reported here are obtained from NGCSU's Student Information Reporting System (SIRS) and from the University System Semester Enrollment Reports. The historical enrollment information is a supplement to the data that may be found in our Fact Book.

  Various Institutional Research reports detailing retention and graduation rates, and effectiveness of the Strategies for College Success course.
