LAURIE DAVIS is the manager of NGCSU CAMPUS CONNECTION. She has been with North Georgia College and State University since 1989. In addition to overseeing the bookstore's operation, Laurie also orders the textbooks, reference books, and trade books for the store. TERRENCE W. HOLEMAN is the assistant manager of NGCSU CAMPUS CONNECTION. He joined the staff in March 2006. Terrence comes to the bookstore with a military background in quartermaster and infantry. He also has a strong background in clothing retail.  Terrence oversees the military department, which includes all uniform issue. Terrence assists Laurie in all areas of store operations, including supervising the student help.

LISA Fry  is the lead sales associate.  She joined the staff in November 2000.   Lisa is the imprinted merchandise buyer for the store, which includes clothing and miscellaneous gift items.  She is instrumental to preparing for heavy sales events.  Lisa trains all new cashiers on the Point of Sale system.  Additionally, Lisa greets customers and runs the register.

SHERRY PARKER is the Senior Secretary of the bookstore.  Before being the senior secretary, Sherry was the shipping and receiving manager and has been part of the bookstore's staff since spring 2003.  Sherry helps with administrative duties including ordering store supplies, special charges, invoice/credit reconciliations, and oversees the supplies department on the sales floor.  Sherry is the online catalog coordinator. 

Annie Barnaby is the Textbook Manager. She began as a student worker in December 2003 and became a full time employee in October 2004.  In October 2007, she was promoted to her current position. She is responsible for textbook adoptions, processing new and used textbook orders, book buyback and planning for returns. 

Wendy Gerheim is a sales associate.  She joined our staff in August 2005 bringing a wealth of merchandise experience. She is the director of the gift center.  Wendy also oversees merchandising and seasonal displays. She assists Terrence with female uniform fittings.   Additionally, she greets customers and runs the register.
