HOW
TO APPLY
The
Textbook Reservation Service (T.R.S.) is available to all NGCSU students.
To register for this service, simply e-mail, fax, or mail this application
from the information on the form, or deliver it to the NGCSU Campus Connection.
Additional forms are available within the bookstore.
HOW
IT WORKS
When
next term's books have arrived, your orders will be pulled from the shelves,
boxed, invoiced, and moved to a distribution area within the bookstore.
Students returning to the bookstore should proceed to the distribution
area. You must have photo identification to pick up your order. Prepaid
orders eliminate the need to stand in long checkout lines. We'll review
your order and let you sign for your prepaid package and you're on your
way! Credit card users are recommended to fax or mail their orders in.
We
will e-mail/mail a confirmation of your order for prepaid orders received
by dates that will be published for each term.

WHAT
THE BOOKSTORE NEEDS TO KNOW
New
or Used:
We need to know if you prefer new or used textbooks. The list below gives
you several options. The cost of a used book is 25% less than the same
book new. Those customers who choose used books will have first priority
on used books.
Used
Only: You will not accept a new text; if no used books are available,
no books will be pulled.
Used
Preferred: Give me a used book please, but if you don't have
one, I'll take new.
New
Only: Nobody breaks the spine but me.
Required
Only: Only the required books for your courses will be pulled.
Required
and Recommended: Additional readings, study guides, solution
manuals, etc. when available will be added to your order.
Your
Course Schedule: Attach a printout of your course schedule or
neatly print in the space provided.
Class
Sections: Different instructors for the same classes sometimes
use different books. Include your class section (i.e. English 1001 A
or History 1001 J)
