Official Transcripts
Official transcripts are issued upon a student's request of the Registrar's Office. The paper request
must be signed by the student in order to release the transcript. If the request is made online through
Banner (our student information system), the request is signed by the validation of the student's PIN
number. Official transcripts cannot be faxed to a recipient.
Beginning August 15, 2005, transcripts mailed to recipients within the USA are free (up to 3 per
request). A fee of $10 will be charged per transcript issued on a walk-in basis. Please allow at least 2 working days for
transcript requests to be processed.
