Enrollment Verification

Beginning October 2004, the Registrar’s office teamed with the National Student Clearinghouse and named them our authorized certifying agent for enrollment verifications. This student self-service allows NGCSU students access to their enrollment information via the National Student Clearinghouse web site. Students can login into our Banner system and request enrollment certifications without contacting the Registrar’s office.

Current-term enrollment cannot be verified until after the drop/add period as listed in the calendar. Verification of enrollment cannot be provided for future terms.

Instructions are available to students to request an enrollment certification.
