A student transcript is a strong advisement tool used by advisors. From Banner, advisors can generate each of their advisees' transcripts. Students can also generate their own transcripts as well. A Grade Codes guide is available to interpret special symbols listed on the transcript.

Students can request official transcripts from the Registrar's office by following the guidelines listed here.

When advising students who already have an earned Bachelor's degree, advisors will be sent a copy of their student's undergraduate transcript from his or her prior college. Further information regarding the advisement of transfer students is available on the Registrar's site.
