Qatar
Minimum Academic Requirements for Admission
All documents must be notarized copies of the original sent directly from the school or Ministry of Education in the student’s home country, with certified English Translations attached

One of the following:
* Secondary School Leaving Certificate (Thanawiya/Tawjihiyya)
* Diploma of Commerce
* Secondary School Technical (Trades) Certificate
* Health Training Institute Diploma

English Language Proficiency Requirements for Admission
* Official TOEFL score of 550 (paper based) or 213 (computer based testing) or 79 (internet based testing) or higher
* Completion of English Composition I course (grade "C" or better) at an accredited US College or University

Romania
Minimum Academic Requirements for Admission
All documents must be notarized copies of the original sent directly from the school or Ministry of Education in the student’s home country, with certified English Translations attached

* Diploma de Bacalaureat/Maturitate with, record of subjects studied and marks earned
* Certificate de Absolvire, with record of courses and marks earned
* Licee Pedagogice, with record of courses and marks earned

English Language Proficiency Requirements for Admission (one of the following):
* Official TOEFL score of 550 (paper based) or 213 (computer based testing) or 79 (internet based testing) or higher
* Completion of English Composition I course (grade "C" or better) at an accredited US College or University

Russia
Minimum Academic Requirements for Admission
All documents must be notarized copies of the original sent directly from the school or Ministry of Education in the student’s home country, with certified English Translations attached

One of the following:
* Attestat o Srednem Obrazovanji/Attesta: Zrelosti
* Diploma from a Srednde Professional Noe-Teknicheskoe Uchilishche
* Diploma from a Tekhnikum
* Diploma from a Pedagogicheskoe Uchilshche

English Language Proficiency Requirements for Admission (one of the following):
* Official TOEFL score of 550 (paper based) or 213 (computer based testing) or 79 (internet based testing) or higher
* Completion of English Composition I course (grade "C" or better) at an accredited US College or University

Rwanda
Minimum Academic Requirements for Admission
All documents must be notarized copies of the original sent directly from the school or Ministry of Education in the student’s home country, with certified English Translations attached

* Certificat des Humanites Générales
* Diplôme de Fin d'Etudes secondaires

English Language Proficiency Requirements for Admission
* Official TOEFL score of 550 (paper based) or 213 (computer based testing) or 79 (internet based testing) or higher (if your native language is French or Kinyarwanda)
* Official SAT Verbal score of 480 or higher, or ACT English score of 20 or higher (if your native language is English)
* Completion of English Composition I course (grade "C" or better) at an accredited US College or University
