Macao/Macau
Minimum Academic Requirements for Admission
All documents must be notarized copies of the original sent directly from the school or Ministry of Education in the student’s home country, with certified English Translations attached

One of the following:
* General Certificate of Education (GCE) at Ordinary level showing a minimum of five subjects passed (1-6 or A,B,C)
* Certificate of Secondary Education (CSE) subjects. Graded same as GCE -- prior to 1987.
* Certificate of Extended Education Subjects, Graded A or B (I or II) are akin to GCE subjects (see above)
* General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) showing a minimum of five subjects grated C or better)

English Language Proficiency Requirements for Admission
* Official TOEFL score of 550 (paper based) or 213 (computer based testing) or 79 (internet based testing) or higher
* Completion of English Composition I course (grade "C" or better) at an accredited US College or University

Macedonia
Minimum Academic Requirements for Admission
All documents must be notarized copies of the original sent directly from the school or Ministry of Education in the student’s home country, with certified English Translations attached

Madagascar
Minimum Academic Requirements for Admission

* Baccalauréat de l'Enseignement du Second Degré
* Baccalauréat de l'Enseignement Technique

English Language Proficiency Requirements for Admission

* Completion of English Composition I course (grade "C" or better) at an accredited US College or University

Malawi
Minimum Academic Requirements for Admission
All documents must be notarized copies of the original sent directly from the school or Ministry of Education in the student’s home country, with certified English Translations attached

One of the following:
* Malawi Certificate of Education, showing at least 5 subjects passed with distinction or credit
* Cambridge School Certificate, showing at least 5 subjects passed
* Certificate of Agriculture
* T3 Teacher's Certificate

English Language Proficiency Requirements for Admission
* Official TOEFL score of 550 (paper based) or 213 (computer based testing) or 79 (internet based testing) or higher (if your native language is Chichewa)
* Official SAT Verbal score of 480 or higher, or ACT English score of 20 or higher (if your native language is English)
* Completion of English Composition I course (grade "C" or better) at an accredited US College or University

Malaysia
Minimum Academic Requirements for Admission
All documents must be notarized copies of the original sent directly from the school or Ministry of Education in the student’s home country, with certified English Translations attached

One of the following:

* Malaysian Certificate of Education (MCE) in Division I or II, showing at least 5 subjects passed
* Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) in Division I or II, showing at least 5 subjects passed with marks 1-6
* Cambridge School Certificate in Division I or II, showing at least 5 subjects passed
* Malaysian Certificate of Vocational Education (MCVE)
* Sijil Pelajaran Vokesyenal Malaysia (SPVM)
* Malaysian Independent Chinese Secondary Schools Unified Examination (MICSSUE) showing at least 5 subjects passed.

English Language Proficiency Requirements for Admission
* Official TOEFL score of 550 (paper based) or 213 (computer based testing) or 79 (internet based testing) or higher
* Completion of English Composition I course (grade "C" or better) at an accredited US College or University

Maldives, Republic of
Minimum Academic Requirements for Admission
All documents must be notarized copies of the original sent directly from the school or Ministry of Education in the student’s home country, with certified English Translations attached

* Secondary certificate from another country such as:

SRI LANKA
* Sri Lanka General Certificate of Education at Advanced Level, with examination results
* General Certificate of Education (GCE) at Ordinary Level, showing at least 5 subjects passed.
* National Diploma in Agriculture or Technology

English Language Proficiency Requirements for Admission

Mali

Malta and Gozo
Minimum Academic Requirements for Admission

* General Certificate of Education (GCE) at Ordinary Level, showing a minimum of five subjects passed
* Matriculation (M) Examination of the University of Malta, showing a minimum of 5 subjects passed

* Completion of English Composition I course (grade "C" or better) at an accredited US College or University

Marshall Islands
