The Office of the Registrar maintains academic records for all students at North Georgia College & State University.   Our office is located in 221 Price Memorial Hall, College Circle, Dahlonega, GA 30597.
Our office hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 5 pm.

Jackie Lee, Assistant Registrar

Favorite vacation spot: Anna Maria Island, FL
Favorite food: Chicken Kiev
Who makes Ms. Lee smile: Her grandchildren
Began in the Registrar's office: 1988
A few of Ms. Lee's job duties: evaluating in-state, out-of-state and international transfer work, credit by exam, and credit for military experience. She also verifies course overloads, CPC progress, joint enrollment status, and monitors transient student processing.

Fran Wasson, Assistant Registrar

Favorite books: Anything by Nicholas Sparks or Danielle Steele
Favorite hobbies: Scrapbooking, reading or playing with grandkids
What makes Ms. Wasson smile: Seeing a child smile, especially my granddaughters
Began in the Registrar's office: 1990
A few of Ms. Wasson's job duties: checking, monitoring and maintaining degree requirements, plans of study and degree evaluations/CAPP--most all things related to graduation.

A few of Ms. Gaddis's job duties: evaluating credit from in-state and out-of-state schools; serving as our local historian for both NGCSU and Dahlonega information.

A few of Ms. Saine's job duties: monitoring changes in majors, names, addresses, schedules, and grades; processing school and class withdrawals; tracking students' progress with the Regents' test and core curriculum; handling the business side of the Registrar's office.
