The Doctor of Physical Therapy
consortial arrangement among Armstrong Atlantic
State University, North Georgia College & State
University, and the Medical College of Georgia is
currently undergoing a dissolution.
Application processes for the
classes entering in 2010 will be handled separately
at the individual institutions.
Applicants should contact each
institution for admissions and accreditation
information.

NGCSU Admissions Procedures
Application materials may be obtained from the Office of
Graduate Admissions or from the NGCSU website,
http://www.ngcsu.edu.
- Use the common
DPT
recommendation form if you apply online or download and
submit the paper application. One recommendation
form must be from a practicing
physical therapist.
- When all application materials required to make an
admission decision have been received by the Office of
Graduate Admission, notification will be sent to the
applicant and copies of application
materials will be forwarded to the program.
- On campus interviews are a final step in
the application process. After review of application
materials submitted, you will be
contacted by the Physical Therapy program
if you are invited to campus for an
interview.
- Notification from the
Physical Therapy program will be mailed applicants verifying acceptance or denial.
