Georgia College & State University offers a
Master of Public
Administration (M.P.A.) Program in order to serve qualified,
professionally oriented college graduates who aspire employment
in the public sector, in a nonprofit organization, or in a corporate
setting having extensive interaction with governmental agencies.
The M.P.A. Program is designed to serve students who are currently
employed in a public service organization or contemplate a new
career in public and human service.
Applications
from prospective graduate students are welcome year round, and
an irregular admission status (beginning classes w/o an
entrance test score either GRE or GMAT) is permissible for
this program.

Students who are admitted with provisional or irregular
admission status are not eligible for financial aid while
taking courses under these two admission types.
An applicant accepted into the program may begin to pursue graduate
study in any academic term, provided that work begins within
12 months of the student's offer of admission to the M.P.A.
program. After 12 months, the student would have to reapply
to Graduate Admissions.
