1.) You are receiving a Federal Stafford student loan for the first time at NGCSU.
If you have received a Federal Stafford student loan at another instituion in the past
but this is your first Stafford loan at NGCSU, you should still proceed here.
AND 2.) You have been offered and accepted a Federal Stafford loan which may be subsidized or unsubsidized.

To complete your Application for a Stafford Loan, and Sign your Master Promissory Note (MPN), please click on the link below. You will first need to complete Entrance Counseling. Once completed, you will be directed to select a lender then fill out the actual application. You will need to have a driver's license, current address and reference names and addresses before you can complete your application. Please allow 30 minutes to complete this process.

Exit Loan Counseling is a Federal requirement for anyone leaving NGCSU.
You will need to have your loan paperwork with you when you complete the on-line session.
Allow approximately 30 minutes.
Are you graduating? Use the link below to complete the on-line Exit Loan Counseling session.
The Office of Student Financial Aid will receive your confirmation electronically and remove the Exit Loan Counseling hold from your account. You do not need to bring the confirmation by our office.
