Teaching courses online offers you and your students greater flexibility to meet the needs of a busy schedule. It can also be quite rewarding as it creates a collaborative environment. Are you interested but don't know how to start? We've provided some simple guidelines and steps to follow.
Workshops are offered by the Center of Teaching & Learning Excellence (CTLE) ranging from pedagodical issues in the classroom to how to use technology to enhance your classes.
A variety of technology workshops on computer basics, web design, graphics, Microsoft Office software, WebCT VISTA, and Respondus.

Podcasting »
Podcasting allows you to deliver content in an asynchronous fashion using audio, enhanced audio, and video formats. You will find information on how to create podcasts, place them on the server, and make them available to your students.
ALT developed tools and models provided by the University System of Georgia (USG) to support the use of technology for instruction.
FLO is a eight-week continuing education course designed by ALT and offered through North Georgia College & State University's Continuing Education Department.
It is designed for faculty who are thinking about or beginning to facilitate online courses, or who have decided to augment traditional classroom instruction with online course materials.
