Class of 1998

     Brian Eugene Lowther (1958-2001)

M.P.A. students Brian E. Lowther (right) and Marsha Harper Moore on their graduation day in December 1998, with program coordinator Barry D. Friedman (left).  Brian was a corporal in the Hall County, Ga., Sheriff's Office, and an adjunct instructor of criminal justice at NGCSU.  We miss him very much.
