2003 – Coached Northside Redrunner and trained at Morehouse College in Atlanta…Top qualifier for Peachtree Road Race.

2002 – Kennesaw State University, finished in first place with a time of 17:32 in the Peach Belt Conference Championship…PBC “Runner of the Year” and member of the all-conference team.

2001 – Trained in Finland.

2000 – Kennesaw State University, finished in 23rd place with a time of 18:08 at the Auburn Bank Invitational…NCAA Division II All-Region team…Qualified for European Cross Country Championship.

1999 – University of Minnesota, Red shirted.

High School – Finished in second place at the Nordic Cross Country Championship…Finished in third place in the 1500 meter at the Finnish Indoor Nationals.
