FLAMES INVITATIONAL CANCELED DUE TO HURRICANE IVAN
Dahlonega, Ga. - Officials at Lee University announced today that the Flames Invitational cross country meet has been cancelled due to Hurricane Ivan.
The Saints cross country team was scheduled to participate in the meet this Saturday along with Southern States Athletic Conference members Berry College, Brenau University, and Reinhardt College. Officials from the school are attempting to reschedule the meet for a later date.
The Saints men's team finished ninth and the women's team finished 11th this past Saturday at the University of Alabama-Huntsville Invitational. The Saints next meet in scheduled for September 25 in Louisville, Ky. for the Greater Louisville Cross Country Classic.
