2002 – Kennesaw State University , finished in first place with a time of 17:32 in the Peachbelt Conference Championship…PBC “Runner of the Year” and member of the all-conference team.

2001 – Trained in Finland.

2000 – Kennesaw State University , finished in 23rd place with a time of 18:08 at the Auburn Bank Invitational…NCAA Division II All-Region team…Qualified for European Cross Country Championship.

1999 – University of Minnesota , Red shirted.

High School – Finished in second place at the Nordic Cross Country Championship…Finished in third place in the 1500 meter at the Finnish Indoor Nationals.

Personal – Born September 28 in Varkaus, Finland…Majoring in Spanish with an emphasis in Business…Husband, David, is assistant coach for the Saints cross country team…Daughter of Pirjo and Veikko Koistinen.
