GOLDEN TIGERS SWEEP LADY SAINTS 9-0 IN WOMEN’S TENNIS
Gainesville, Ga. – Perennial tennis power Brenau University defeated North Georgia College & State University in straight sets Wednesday afternoon.
The Golden Tigers swept the doubles matches 3-0 before overtaking the Lady Saints 6-0 in the singles matches. North Georgia sophomore Jenny Bridges and freshman Katherine Harrison had one of the best fought doubles matches against BU, but eventually fell 8-4 in the contest.
The Lady Saints return to action on Saturday at home as they host Gordon College in an exhibition match slated to begin at 1:00 p.m.
