DAHLONEGA, GA - North Georgia College & State University's Syretha Marble has been named to the 2008 Daktronics NCAA Division II women’s basketball All-American team. Marble was one of 15 student-athletes honored by the Division II sports information directors for their efforts on the hardwood this season.

DAHLONEGA, GA - North Georgia College & State University's Syretha Marble is starting to receive national recognition after her remarkable junior season that saw her reach the 1,000 point club and 500 rebound class. So far this off-season, Marble has been named to the PBC All-Tournament team, WBCA All-Region First-Team, and the Women's Basketball Daktronics All-Region First-Team. Marble is now a finalists for the All-America Team to be announced in the coming weeks.
