NORTH GEORGIA WOMEN'S BASKETBALL FALLS OUT OF TOP-25
Dahlonega, Ga. - The North Georgia College & State University women's basketball team fell out of the top 25 in the latest national ranking released today by the NAIA national office.
The Lady Saints are currently 7-6 overall and 3-1 in the Southern States Athletic Conference after falling to top ranked Union University 84-77 at home. North Georgia did receive 25 votes for ranking, and hope to move back into the top 25 when new ranking are posted next week.
Next up for the Lady Saints is a conference game against Georgia Southwestern State University on January 6 at 6:00 p.m. in Americus, Ga. North Georgia will then travel to Auburn University Montgomery to play the Lady Senators at 2:00 p.m. cst on January 8.
