A pitchers dominated game three of the Moe's classic, as North Georgia and Augusta State battled to a 2-2 tie after seven innings. The eighth inning was a different story however, as the Saints batted around and recorded five hits and seven runs to come away with a 9-2 win. North Georgia and Merrimack College (0-4) took the field for game four of the Moe's Classic as both teams recorded first inning runs. For the Warriors, their first run of the season was scored in the opening inning as they played in their fourth game of the year. Felicia Astorino picked up the RBI with a two-out double to drive in the run.
In the second inning, North Georgia used four hits to plate four runs and grab their first lead of the game. Krista Bess singled to drive in a run, and Voyles recorded her second triple of the contest to bring home a pair and give the Saints a 5-1 lead.
The Warriors added a run in the third inning off another Astorino double to plate Kelsey Ellis who tripled with one out in the inning, but North Georgia would score two more before recording the final out as 7-2 winners.
