HARDIN SINGS WITH SAINTS SOFTBALL
Dahlonega, Ga. - Rachel Hardin has signed a national letter of intent to play softball at North Georgia College & State University announced today by fifth year head coach Mike Davenport.
Hardin, a left handed pitcher from Milton High School, finished last season with a 22-13 record and led Milton to a 23-18 overall record. This past season she tallied 291 strikeouts in 236 innings of work, averaging 1.23 strikeouts per inning.
The Saints finished last season ranked 10th in the nation with a 48-13 overall record and won the conference regular season and tournament titles. The 2005 season kicks off this spring on February 16 at home as they take on Claflin University at 1:00 p.m.
