SAINTS FALL TO ERSKINE
North Georgia wins four of seven matches played

Due West , S.C. - North Georgia College & State University four-of-seven matches played Friday afternoon, but lost the overall match 5-4 to Erskine College in non-conference tennis action.

Jacob Eastwood and Gustavo Carballal enjoyed a successful day in doubles, winning at the #1 position 8-2. The Saints found themselves trailing 2-1 after the doubles action was complete.

Before any Saints could take to the court, they were down 3-1 with five matches remaining.

Marijn Bal, Carballal and Vlad Lumezeanu all won their singles matches easily. However, Erskine won two singles matches which helped them to prevail in the match.

North Georgia (0-3, 0-1 PBC) returns to action Sunday, hosting Armstrong Atlantic State University.
