AIKEN, SC – Logan Sharrett’s third double of the day was his most important as it scored Craig Brisson with the game-winning run as North Georgia erased 8-4 and 9-6 deficits to beat Georgia College & State University 10-9 in 10 innings on Friday at the PBC Tournament.

PEMBROKE, NC – North Georgia College & State University used a walk-off single by Krista Bess to get by Armstrong Atlantic State University 3-2 Thursday evening under the lights on day two of the NCAA South Atlantic Regional hosted by UNC Pembroke at LRA field.

AUGUSTA, GA – The 25th-ranked and #4 seed North Georgia College & State University showed they belonged in their first PBC Tournament, taking care of #3 seed Francis Marion University 6-2 Thursday afternoon in the first round of the 2008 Peach Belt Conference Tournament at Lake Olmestead Stadium.
