CURRENT AND FORMER SAINTS FARE WELL IN SUMMER BALL
Dahlonega, GA – Several current and former North Georgia College & State University baseball players are faring well during the summer months in various baseball leagues around the country.

Current Saints baseball player Tom Bradley played in the Southern Collegiate Baseball League this summer with the Morgantown Aggies.
Bradley, a left-handed pitcher, appeared in seven games with four starts. He recorded a 3-1 record with a 4.54 ERA, throwing 37.2 innings and allowing 45 hits and 20 runs. He also struck out 24 batters.
Former Saints Richie Daigle and Brian Lauderdale are making names for themselves in the San Diego Padres organization, albeit at different locations.
Daigle is currently 5-0 at Lake Elsinore (High-A) with a 3.98 earned run average. The former Saints pitcher has appeared in 35 games as a reliever, pitching 43 innings and allowing 21 runs while striking out 23 batters.
Lauderdale, meanwhile, has made two different stops along the way in the Padres organization since signing a free agent contract this summer. The former Peach Belt Conference Player of the Year started in the Arizona Rookie League, playing in just three games and compiling a .417 batting average. The average earned Lauderdale a promoting a Eugene (Low-A), where he has appeared in nine games, and has amassed a .300 batting average with nine hits and one double. Over his two stops in the Padres organization, Lauderdale has a .333 batting average in just 12 games. He has 14 hits and two doubles.
