LAUDERDALE NAMED PBC PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Dahlonega, Ga – Senior Brian Lauderdale was selected as this week's Peach Belt Conference Baseball Player of the Week, announced today by PBC officials.
Lauderdale finished off the regular season with an amazing three-game series at Lander, hitting .909 (10-11) with two home runs and seven RBIs. The senior opened the series by going 5-for-5 with two home runs and six RBIs as the Saints fell 22-11. He went 1-for-2 with an RBI in the second and 4-for-4 in game three, collecting a 1.545 slugging percentage in the series and .857 on-base percentage. Currently leads the PBC in hits, runs scored and stolen bases and is sixth in batting average.
