Doing What's Right
An Ethical Workplace Starts with You
At North Georgia College & State University, we believe that each of us shares the responsibility for maintaining an ethical, honest university. We are pleased to introduce the Doing What's Right program initiated by the University System of Georgia. This program encourages you to make the right decisions when it comes to addressing unethical, illegal, or unsafe acts and provides you with the resources you need to report inappropriate acts.
How can you help?
While speaking to your supervisor is the most effective way to report unethical behavior, we realize that it is not always possible to do so. The Doing What's Right program provides another means for reporting issues. An independent company called The Network has a toll-free number for individuals who prefer to remain anonymous to call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Interview specialists will document your concerns and relay them to the University. Please join us in making this program a success.
