The North Georgia Fund

Previously known as the Annual Fund or the Loyalty Fund, annual giving has a new identity at NGCSU -- The North Georgia Fund. It is the annual fund raising program to attract private gifts to support the teaching, research and service needs of North Georgia College & State University, providing valuable assistance to programs for which state funds are either unavailable or inadequate.

The North Georgia Fund will have several parts, including the annual phonathon, the Faculty & Staff Campaign and programs for alumni, parents, and friends. There will also be special efforts to raise money for athletics and other campus programs.

The primary emphasis for The North Georgia Fund is to encourage unrestricted gifts , which are expended to meet the highest priority needs, as determined annually by the NGCSU President and the trustees of the NGCSU Foundation. There are, however, some designated annual giving opportunities available, as well as several existing scholarships and other funds (.pdf) to choose from.
