Duties:

•  Review and evaluate alumni event schedules and agendas, to include area meetings, class reunions, annual and special events.

•  Review dues program, to include membership categories, dues structure, membership benefits and solicitation procedures. Recommend membership goals and assist in recruiting new members and membership renewals.

Responsibilities for the following areas:

Events

a. Review Alumni events and other programming.
b. Review event mailing, announcement and planning procedures.
c. Make recommendations to Executive Director.

Membership

a. Review membership numbers. (Free, Life, New, & Renewal)
b. Review dues structure & costs. (Including Life Membership)
c. Review solicitation materials, procedures and schedule.
d. Review membership benefits and incentives.
e. Make recommendations to the Alumni Council and Executive Director.
