How to add e-mail addresses to personal SPAM-Firewall Whitelist or Blacklist
Whitelist: If you believe a message should have already arrived in your mailbox and you have not received it, then you may add this sender's e-mail address to your personal Whitelist on the spam-firewall. The address entered will not be analyzed for SPAM, but will be scanned for viruses.
Blacklist: If you are receiving unwanted messages from a particular e-mail address, then you may block all mail from that address by adding it to your Blacklist. Any messages send to you from that address will not arrive in your mailbox.
