CEO Fuller called the meeting to order at 12:30 pm.
Noting that notice had gone out to all senators informing them that there was no business to come before the Faculty Senate this month, that all senators had been excused from attending this meeting, and that a quorum was not present, CEO Fuller adjourned the meeting at 12:35 pm.
