Applicant is to be a full-time undergraduate
student who has been admitted to and remains
in good standing in their declared program
or emphasis area within the School.
INSTRUCTIONS:
One application for each scholarship you
are applying and attach the following to
each application:
1) A 500 word essay (approximately) indicating why you are
deserving of this scholarship with a
statement concerning your academic
qualifications, economic hardship, and
present level of financial support. For
research support, discuss your project.
2.) A confidential
reference form from one faculty in your content area.
Place application packet(s) in an
envelope for submission. Incomplete
applications will not be reviewed. Financial Aid will notify the recipients. |
