I earned my Ph.D. in Political Science (2001) and my M.A. in International Relations (1992) from the University of Delaware. I earned my Licenciatura en Relaciones Internacionales from the Universidad Nacional de Rosario, Argentina (1989).
This spring semester I am teaching Global Issues, International Organization, and Politics of Latin American Development.
I have taught several courses at the University of Delaware and at The College of New Jersey. They include Force in World Politics, Politics of Developing Nations, Model OAS, Model UN, International Organization, and International Political Economy.
Some of my research interests focus on the impact of international trade on the formation of domestic political divisions, the constant search for development in Latin America, and the role of the Socialist Party in the shaping of trade policy at the turn of the XX century in Argentina.
I am also interested in the history of the so-called Lands of Recent Settlement, particularly Argentina, Australia, and Canada from the 1850s to 1950s.
