Welcome! Thank you
for visiting my website. My name is Dr.
Ross Alexander. I am an associate
professor of political science at North Georgia College and State
University
(NGCSU). I teach courses primarily in
public administration, American government, and political theory. I received my Ph.D. from Northern Illinois
University in 2002; my M.P.A. from Arizona State University in 1998;
and my
B.A. from Beloit College in 1996 where I had a double major in
political science
and history. My full VITA is available here (Word document).
Besides
teaching, my interests include spending time
with my wife Laurie and daughters Addye and Allye, golf, college
football
(especially the
Big Ten), reading history and biographies, physical fitness, watching
entirely
too much ESPN and the History Channel and waiting for the Cubs to win
the World
Series (this year, hopefully).
