Audio
Materials:
The lab houses
audio materials for the three languages taught at
North Georgia College & State University.
Most of these materials are created by textbook
authors or their companies to accompany language
texts, they rely on the lab to reproduce the tapes
and deliver them to the students.
The Audio
Program can be used in different ways.
-
On the computers
in the lab: We are
offering digitized audio materials of some of the
language course. These audio files have been
digitized here as Real Audio. Because this
virtual lab is still an experimental stage,
students using this service should be aware that
some features may not work all the time.
-
Take-home CD:
You can get copies of your course CD to listen to
at home, or in the car. In order to obtain a
CD, students must bring a blank CD to the language
lab.
-
Professors'
Files: Students
can come to the lab to listen to questions that
your professor left to help you prepare for the
Oral Exam.
-
Recording:
You, as a student, can record dialogues or audio
exercises and then save them in your professor's
folder for /him/her to listen to.
