Information for Parents

Your son/daughter will no longer have to borrow your credit card nor will you have to give them a check for books, food, or supplies?  Just set them up with a Saints Card account and they will be able to swipe and go.  (Vending and laundry coming soon!)

Students or parents can deposit funds in a Saints Card account by using cash, check, or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).  This money will then be available for your son/daughter to use during the rest of their time at NGCSU.  Money can be deposited in any increment desired.

To use a credit card, go to the Online Saints Card Office and follow the instructions for making a deposit via the web.  In addition, you can call the Saints Card Office and give the office your credit card number and the amount you want to add with the assurance that your credit card information will be completely secure.

What Can My Son/Daughter Do With Their Saints Card?

Students can gain access to their Residence Halls, access their meal plan, purchase books and supplies at the bookstore, purchase food and snacks at the Campus Snack Bar, Java City or the HNS Kiosk.  Adding money to your student’s Saints Card account will help make their lives here at NGCSU hassle-free.

They can also use their Saints Card account for copying and printing at the Campus Print Services.

The Saints Card will identify currently enrolled students at North Georgia College & State University, making them eligible for services offered on campus in the Recreation Center, and other activities offered through Student Activities.

For additional information please contact the Saints Card Office by phone 706-864-1434 or 706-864-1404, fax 706-864-1477 or email saintscard@northgeorgia.edu
