In order to publish a web page on the NGCSU server, the organization must be an NGCSU Recognized Student Organization. Information on becoming an NGCSU Recognized Student Organization can be obtained from the Office of Student Affairs.
Organization web pages will be limited in size to 30 MB and must conform to the guidelines stated in the NGCSU Web Page Policy and NGCSU Network Usage Policy.
One member of the organization will serve as the organizations Web Page Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for the content of the web page and will serve as the organizations liaison to the Department of Information and Instructional Technology. In order receive server space and passwords, the Web Page Coordinator and Faculty Advisor should complete the NGCSU Student Organization Web Page Form and forward the completed form to the Web Manager, Department of Information and Instructional Technology.
Once the Web Page Coordinator has been named, he/she should contact the Web Manager for information regarding posting the web page.
