Information from the Department of Information and Instructional Technology (IIT) to student presenters on Honors Day technical support:
  • Scott Marshall will be the IIT Coordinator for Honors Day. He can be reached via email smarshall@ngcsu.edu or phone 706-864-1535.
  • "Rehearsal" (loading and/or testing presentations): TBA
  • The student technicians will not be mouse clickers, they will not load your presentations and/or prepare them for the students; but they will assist the student if they have problems with the loading of their presentation.
  • IIT can't promise compatibility if a presenter brings their own laptop/notebook and we would prefer that the presenters NOT DO THIS without prior planning. Contact Scott Marshall via email smarshall@ngcsu.edu or phone 1535 as soon as possible with these requests.
  • Please understand that IIT can only guarantee to have equipment available and that the equipment is functioning. IIT DOES NOT promise any presentations will run flawlessly.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact Scott Marshall. We want this to be a pleasant experience for the student and want to support them in any way possible.
