The Employee of the Month award is
administered and awarded by members of NGCSU Staff Council's Staff Awards
Committee. Nominations are due monthly no later that the 15th (or the
Friday before if the 15th is on a weekend). The Vice Chair of the Staff
Awards Committee is the contact person regarding the award.
The Employee of the Month recipient is immediately notified
of the award by letter and invited to attend the next NGCSU Staff Council
meeting in order to be recognized. The employee's supervisor is also
notified of this recognition.
Each Employee of the Month receives
several awards, including a $20.00 gift certificate to the Campus Connection
bookstore, a gift certificate from Aramark for Campus Dining and/or Canteen,
and a certificate of appreciation awarded by NGCSU President.
