Mission Statement

Mission Statement:

The Leadership Roundtable will meet, study and promote servant leadership through both curricular and co-curricular activities at NGCSU. 

Intent:

Use the roundtable's collective influence, expertise, networking, and energy to facilitate leadership initiatives, promote leadership education, and expand leadership developmental opportunities for the university and surrounding community.

Endstate:

Establish a formally recognized leadership society that serves the university, community, faculty and students. Alumni of the society remain engaged in leadership issues by establishing a core organization that individually and collectively forges the legacy of leadership at NGCSU.

Objectives:

• Promote leadership within each member's individual area of work or influence at NGCSU
• Foster understanding and cooperation between the faculty, staff and students on leadership issues
• Grow leadership opportunities across the curriculum and community
• Provide a leadership resource base as consultants or advisors for faculty, staff, student and community individuals and organizations needing assistance
• Facilitate Service Leadership projects
