- Over $20 million in student financial aid was awarded to 4,245 students in FY 2005-2006.
- Donations to the NGCSU Foundation increased by 560% from FY 2006 to FY 2007. This was due to a contribution by Mike Cottrell to the School of Business & Government which has no been renamed the Mike Cottrell School of Business.
- NGCSU had 60 buildings with the average age of 40 years and dating back to 1879.
- Buildings had 1,039,849 gross square feet and 697,097 assignable square feet.
- NGCSU has 78 general classrooms, 9 large lecture rooms, 14 specialized classrooms, and 17 class laboratories.
- The number of students attending library instructional classes increased over 140% from FY 2006 to FY 2007.
- Residence halls were 99% occupied in Fall 2006.
