Suite Style Housing, opening Fall 2010. North Georgia's new suite style housing will be located on Sunset Drive, on the west part of campus next to the Health and Natural Sciences building. This building will house up to 598 freshmen and upperclass males and females , divided between two buildings and connected by one central building. |

| Donovan Hall , named for Ms. Alice Donovan, was built in 1975. This freshman women's residence hall has 3 floors with 3 wings housing up to 248 women in double occupancy rooms. |
|
| Lewis Hall, named for Ms. Willie Lewis, was built in 1952. This male and female residence hall has 5 floors and 117 rooms housing up to 209 men and women. |
|
| Lewis Annex, a separate building connected to Lewis Hall, was built in 1964 and has 3 floors and 51 rooms housing up to 102 freshmen males. |
|
| Cleve's Crossing, located across from the softball/baseball fields, is a two story town-house setting which houses 58 upperclass and freshmen residents. In each apartment, there are 2 bedroom/2.5 bath. Bedrooms are double occupancy. |
|
| Barlowe Road is located across from the baseball/softball fields and are single occupancy 2 bedroom/1.5 bathroom apartments. Upperclass males currently reside in Barlowe Road. |
|
| Terrace Townhomes are 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom apartments located approximately 1/3 mile away from the main campus' entrance. The townhomes house males and females in single gender apartments. |

| Owen Hall , named for Dr. John H. Owen was built in 2001. This residence hall operates on a 12 month lease and stays open during all breaks. There are 76 four-bedroom/two bath apartments housing up to 314 residents. |
