This collection is a repository of some 200 scholarly publications and resources on topics of Appalachia. To view the collection, go to the third floor of the NGCSU Library Technology Center. For a downloadable list, click here . 

Community members are invited to check out most books. For policy and borrowing information, click here. If you'd like to donate a book on Appalachia, please contact the Center at 706-864-1540.

Special Vickery House Collection 

Housed in the special collections room on the third floor is The Vickery House Collection, about two hundred books, many of which belonged to Professor Elias Vickery. NGCSU students and certified volunteers may access the collection with assistance from library personnel.
