AUGUSTA, GA - The Peach Belt Conference has released the 11-member women’s soccer preseason All-Conference team as selected by the league’s sports information directors. Sophomore Casey Smith was named to the team after finishing 24th in the nation in assists just a year ago.

DAHLONEGA, GA – The Peach Belt Conference has released the 2008 women's soccer preseason poll of the league’s head coaches. The Cougars received seven of eight possible first-place votes to outdistance Armstrong Atlantic State in second place and GCSU in third. Lander, Clayton State, UNC Pembroke, North Georgia, USC Aiken and Georgia Southwestern rounded out the voting.
