BUSBY PROMOTED TO DIRECTOR OF SPORTS INFORMATION

Dahlonega, Ga. – Chris Busby has been named the North Georgia College & State University's sports information director announced today by athletic director Randy Dunn.

Busby, a native of Atlanta, Ga., will head the publicity and statistical efforts of the 10-sports Saints athletics program after serving for a year as assistant sports information director. He takes over for Denise Bryant, who served as the SID for five years, and now directs the North Georgia athletic department office management and administrative services.

Busby will also continue his role as head cross country coach of the Saints men's and women's cross country teams. This past season, he led the men's team to a second place finish and the women to a fourth place finish in the conference.
